All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
The property is to be used for residential purposes only.
- No parties or events
- No illegal activities
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Damage to the property
- Excessive cleaning
Guests must respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours.
