We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business.

Short stays (under 7 nights)

• Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled between 3–7 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in

Long-term bookings (7+ nights)

For stays of 7 nights or more, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled between 7–14 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

Changes to bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to booking dates where possible, subject to availability.

Additional information

We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance, especially for longer stays.
